KUARI PASS TREK

6 Days

FROM DEHRADUN

Overview

The Kuari Pass Trek, also known as “Lord Curzon’s Trail,” is a moderate-difficulty trek in Uttarakhand’s Chamoli district, famous for its unparalleled panoramic views of major Himalayan peaks like Nanda Devi, Kamet, and Trishul.

Reaching approximately 3,810 meters (12,500 feet), the 5-6 day trek traverses diverse landscapes, from dense oak and rhododendron forests to expansive alpine meadows (bugyals) like Gorson and Khullara. Highlights include picturesque campsites and the serene Tali Lake.

The best time to go is autumn (mid-September to November) for clear mountain views or spring (March to May) for blooming wildflowers. In winter (December to February), it transforms into a challenging but rewarding snow trek.
