CANCELLATION POLICY

General Policy

At Uttarakhand Planner, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling a booking made through our service. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to ensure a clear record.

Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the trip start date: You are eligible for a full refund of any payments made, minus a small processing fee of 5% of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the trip start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip start date: We are unable to offer a refund. The full amount paid will be forfeited.

No-Shows & Early Departures

If you fail to show up for your trip without prior notice, this will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Similarly, if you choose to depart early from your trip for any reason, no refund will be given for the unused portion of your itinerary.

Extenuating Circumstances

In the case of extreme weather events, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that make travel impossible or unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or provide a full credit for future use. Please note that this is at the discretion of Uttarakhand Planner and our service partners.

How to Cancel Your Booking

To initiate a cancellation, please email us at cancel@uttarakhandplanner.com with your booking reference number and the reason for your cancellation. We will process your request and confirm the refund amount, if applicable, within 7 business days.
